Most of my models are created using SolidWorks, ensuring accuracy and reliability in my professional projects. Designed and developed over 10 functional components in the past year to optimize manufacturing efficiency, reducing production time in a professional setting. Additionally, created custom support tools and ergonomic enhancements to improve usability and workflow for equipment used on the fabrication floor.

Professional Projects
These custom solutions were created to enhance efficiency, improve precision, and streamline production processes. The tools, fixtures, and, jigs aid in the accurate placement and assembly of parts, while the tools are optimized to support various tasks on the fabrication floor. Many of these items were created with the precise dimensions of fabricated parts in mind but cannot be displayed due to intellectual property restrictions. For some parts lacking formal drawings, I used calipers and arc measuring tools to accurately obtain the necessary dimensions. These innovations contribute to reducing errors, minimizing setup times, and increasing overall productivity in the manufacturing environment.

Each item was carefully designed to meet specific needs, combining both practicality and creativity. Whether enhancing the gaming experience with custom joysticks for the raspberry pi, adding a personal touch to home décor with unique flower pots, or providing everyday functionality with custom storage solutions and phone accessories, these products are crafted to be both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional.
