Professional & Remodeling Projects
These custom solutions were created to enhance efficiency, improve precision, and streamline production processes. The fixtures, jigs, and supports aid in the accurate placement and assembly of parts, while the shop aids are used to support various tasks on the fabrication floor. Many of these tools were created with the precise dimensions of fabricated parts in mind, but cannot be displayed due to intellectual property restrictions. For some parts lacking drawings, I used calipers and arc measuring tools to accurately obtain the necessary dimensions. These innovations contribute to reducing errors, minimizing setup times, and increasing overall productivity in the manufacturing environment.Examples of part remodels are below.
